1. Absolute Power & Strength is a dynamic fitness class designed to build strength, power, and endurance through a blend of circuit training, HIIT, and strength-focused exercises. 2. Absolute Move Well is a dynamic fitness class designed for seniors to improve mobility, balance, flexibility, and functional strength. Through a combination of strength training, power exercises, and mobility drills, this class supports healthy aging and enhances everyday movement. Tailored to all fitness levels, Absolute Move Well helps you stay strong, active, and confident as you age, promoting overall well-being and vitality.
